Rustic villa in the northern hills of Ibiza.
A self-contained apartment in a country house in the north of the island, between Sant Joan and Cala Sant Vicent.
It features a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, terrace and swimming pool. Ideally, it sleeps two, and a small additional bedroom can be used for children.
The villa is an 18th-century finca that mixes Roman and local styles, combining classic charm and traditional design with grand, symmetrical features. The exterior is punctuated by columns, arches and decorative elements that bear witness to the Roman influence.
Inside, a warm, intimate atmosphere typical of the region's traditional houses, with a touch of luxury inspired by Roman villas. Its timeless appeal makes it a unique building.
It's 15 minutes from the nearest village, 20 minutes from the beach and around 40 minutes from the airport.
The road from the village is partly asphalted (1 km) and partly dirt (2.5 km). The dirt road has recently been restored. You don't need a 4x4 to use it. I drive a Peugeot 206 myself and have never had any problems.
I only rent one apartment and the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for guests. I don't use it when the apartment is occupied.
I live in the house all year round, in a different wing, and make sure I'm discreet when I have visitors.
Many animals live around the house: cats, a dog, horses, goldfish, a hen, hedgehogs and a plethora of wild birds. The cats can't get into your space as long as you keep your doors closed, the windows are fenced. The dog stays inside the house with me.
Relax around the pool, go for a walk in the surrounding hills or enjoy an afternoon on one of the island's many gorgeous beaches. This place is ideal for people who want to get away from the stress of city life and reconnect with nature.
